Publisher and service

Canvas Video Downloader publishes this website and the Chrome extension described on it. The extension lets you save supported lecture videos you are already allowed to watch.

Software use

You may install and use the software for your own study. Do not reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to interfere with any service.

Authorized content access

Use the software only on recordings you are authorized to access. You are responsible for following your institution’s rules and copyright law. Do not share or redistribute downloaded recordings without permission. The software does not bypass DRM or other protection, and we do not support attempts to do so.

Payments and limits

Some features are free with limits and some require a paid plan. Current limits and prices are shown at the time of purchase on the plans page.

Updates and availability

Video platforms change, so a workflow can stop working without notice. See supported players and help. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
